The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta captures the best of the classic front-engine Ferraris -- proportion, elegance, and performance -- while executing each detail in the most modern means possible. Under the hood lies a fierce 6.3-liter V-12 rated at 731 horsepower and 509 pound-feet of torque. Ferrari claims 80 percent of peak torque is available from just 2,500 rpm, aiding the car's rocket-like acceleration: from a stop, 60 mph arrives in just 3.1 seconds. Top speed is somewhere north of 211 mph. The potent V-12 redlines at 8,700 rpm. It sends all the available power to the rear wheels and is screamingly fast when you want it to be, yet entirely manageable when you don't. The result is one of the lightest, fastest, most desirable sports cars in the world. Good luck trying to keep your heart rate down in this beast!

This 2014 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is in exceptionally pristine condition. With just over 5,500 miles on the odometer it is barely broken in. A Nero exterior and matching Nero interior give this car an aggressive yet sophisticated appearance. Other details include Rosso Corsa brake calipers, Daytona style seats and carbon fiber package adorning the cockpit and trim.

This car is not just for speed and power, it is for those who see the automobile as art, a rolling tribute to the prancing pony that garners attention wherever it goes. Imagine working toward a goal, not just any goal, but your ideal sports car that’s sure to satisfy your meticulous demands. The previous owner of this F12 was a collector of exotics, mostly Ferraris. Prior to the final purchase of the F12, the owner had bought a McLaren and a Ferrari 488, neither of which met his standards. Ultimately, the vehicle we have here, exceeded the owner’s expectations. This car serves as an icon for what hard work brings and will reward you with its adrenaline pumping characteristics.

Additional Info

The year 1984 saw a new short-wheelbase version, the Land Rover 90 (Ninety), to replace the old 88. The wheelbase was actually 93 inches, but all of the improvements of the 110 were added to the new model, including a stronger frame, bigger windows and larger payload. Axles were located by radius arms and a Panhard rod up front and trailing links at the rear. Approach and departure angles also improved. Available engines were the 2.3-liter gasoline and 2.5-liter diesel, with five-speed gearbox and top speed of 70 mph. With incredible styling, off-road capabilities and the heritage to back it up, the Land Rover Defender can do it all!

This 1985 Land Rover Defender 90 is really something special. It originally served as an Italian Military vehicle and was only recently imported to the United States in 2018. It is a one owner vehicle with all of the restoration done in Italy. Nothing was overlooked during the restoration process, including a new wiring harness, tires, rims and headliner. This truck has the original 2.5-liter diesel motor with new glow plug vents, cables, gaskets, seals, bearings, starter and a remote battery charger port was installed. Custom Italian leather and stitching lines the interior seating along with an upgraded light package with a beautiful custom switch board on the dash. This Defender was beautifully repainted in a matte green finish and we have photo documents of the paint process. You will be hard pressed to find a better example of this incredible off-road vehicle.

1978 Pontiac Trans Am Macho Fully Documented, FACTORY A/CPrice:$116,000Mileage:34,862Engine:V8Transmission:ManualExterior:Black/RedInterior:2W87Z8L157441
Additional Info

Holy Grail Alert!

Black Horse is excited to have one of the most important and unique Gen II Trans Am's we've ever had the privilege of offering. From one of our most fastidious customers is this 1978 Pontiac Trans Am Coupe.

The 1978 T/A retained the look of the 1977 model but was offered with a new engine option; the W72 performance package which was an upgrade to the optional L-78 400 ci engine. It offered 40 additional horsepower and the best engine offered by Pontiac in the era. There was a host of other performance options available, most notably, the WS6 option which improved handing and braking to match the L-78 W72 engine's output.

The 1970's were not a good time for automobile production. The EPA had changed emissions requirements which virtually choked off the ability of the auto manufactures to sell high performance automobiles. The T/A of the era...properly optioned...was one of the fasted and best handling cars of the period.

The history of the Macho Trans Am dates to 1977 when two brothers, Dennis and Kyle Mecham, sons of a Phoenix area Pontiac dealer decided to begin modifying Firebirds to restore some of the missing performance brought about by the addition of more and more emissions equipment on factory cars. The EPA stepped in reminding the brothers that their modified cars did not meet federal emissions criteria for NEW cars. Their workaround; title the cars and sell them as no mile USED cars! To their pleasant surprise, it worked and the Mecham brothers began selling souped up Firebirds and Trans Ams for nearly double sticker price.

Performance upgrades were legitimate and significant, increasing the performance, acceleration and handling of their cars. Each car got a unique plaque identifying it as what number car it was. The upgrades included a better intake manifold, performance distributer, upgraded carburetor, high performance shocks and springs, bigger snowflake rims and tires. Overall, it added about 30% more horsepower and significantly improved handling as well.

Pretty quickly, they ran out of inventory so they started buying cars from around the region that had been sitting on dealer lots. Typically, these cars were outfitted in a manner that did not appeal to the performance-minded buyer of the time, so they did not sell for the original dealer. Most were automatics. Many were manual equipped cars but had no air or no high performance performance options such as the WS6 suspension or the L-78 engine.

On very rare occasion, they found a car that had a very unusual set of options that for some reason had not sold. That is the case with Mecham Macho #78-104 offered by Black Horse Garage.

What makes this 1978-104 so important is that it was a dealer ordered Trans Am with nearly every factory performance and comfort option and four speed transmission. It has factory air conditioning, power windows & locks, tilt wheel and remote outside mirror. It is probably one of the most highly equipped Tran Am's that Mecham Design Performance ever delivered.

The car was sold new in Arizona and eventually was sold into Colorado. The Arizona sun had done a job on the paint and the car war professionally repainted in its correct color scheme in the very early 2000's. A letter of certification from Mecham Design Performance was obtained from Mecham certifying this car not only as an authentic Macho, but the all-important car #78-104 and verifying both its vin and Macho build number.

The car then went to famed collector Richard Rawlings (of Fast N Loud fame) collection in Dallas, Texas and was shown on a famous episode where a huge collection of cars was sold in one transaction. Outside of the paint, this car appears to be a completely original and correct car with 34,000 indicated miles. It is not a show car, but an incredibly honest and low mileage car that is ready to be enjoyed and displayed by new ownership. The car has a host of documentation including its original build sheet that reads like a who's who list of desirable performance options. It has the Mecham certification as well as a host of other historically important documents relating to this car. It has a correct date coded engine and numbers matching transmission.

The vast majority of Macho Firebird's and Trans Am's were equipped with less desirable options like lower power engines and automatic transmission. Only a few have both four speed and air conditioning, even fewer still have the W72 and WS6 performance options. This car has all the above and is likely singular in its option list, execution and performance. This car would be a gem for any collector and enthusiast!

History on the 1987 Buick Regal Grand National

Interior Color: Black

In 1982, Buick introduced the Grand National to celebrate their wins of the Winston Manufacturers Cup and what began as a limited run of 100 cars to celebrate their victories became a mainstay of the Buick brand through the 1980s. Something about the Grand National captured the essence of American automotive culture throughout the 1980s.

In 1987 when this Grand National was produced, Buick had created a swan song for the Buick Muscle Car, a working mans supercar, with huge amounts of usable torque and a 14 second quarter mile time right off the dealership lot. Driving this car is a nostalgic experience and it brings the driver back to a simpler time of cars, when passion and competition lead automotive design not safety features and fuel economy.

This particular 1987 Buick Grand National has been well maintained and cared for by a committed owner. It has been tastefully upgraded , which includes a fiberglass hood, the original also comes with the car, and a new ECU chip. This car came equipped with the “G80” option for a limited slip differential.

All mechanicals have been gone through by Black Horse Garage. The car has a recent engine rebuild including a new piston rings, new camshaft bearings, new valve seals, all new engine gaskets, water pump, rear main seal, The crankshaft was also sent out to be redone. All of the wiring has been gone though to make sure everything's in working order.

The brakes were completely redone and shocks installed along with all new BF Goodrich comp T/A tires. The car also has a new serpentine belt and ignition coil pack. This car is ready to add to your collection and enjoy today!

The Turbo 3.8L V6 pulls hard and this car is fantastically fun to drive. The all black appearance of this Grand National gives it an aggressive look that is sure to turn heads anywhere you bring this car. Values of these Grand Nationals have been increasingly steadily in the past several years.

This is your opportunity to own a very nice Grand National with documented professional restoration work as well as a copy of the original build sheet!

Introduced in 1995 as the convertible version of the ground-breaking Continental R, the original Bentley Azure remained in production for eight years and came to define “conspicuous consumption” of the most delicious sort for a generation of enthusiasts. The Azure was for the man or woman who could afford the best that life had to offer, and it delivered. Priced at $400,000 new, it carried four passengers in sumptuous comfort, surrounded by the finest thick English leather, genuine wool carpeting, and lush burled walnut trim. Most importantly, the Azure was a potent road-eater in the great British grand touring tradition. Acceleration from 0–60 took less than 6.5 seconds, and the top speed was close to 165 miles per hour...figures which remain impressive today for a vast luxury convertible.

This 2000 Bentley Azure convertible has been impeccably maintained from new and currently has under 54,000 original miles. All service up-to-date including a recent rebuild of all convertible top hydraulics. Everything works perfectly including the top. The car comes from long-term ownership and is presented in its original color of Emerald Green over Parchment leather interior. The top is a match to the interior and it is in lovely condition with only minor wear noted. All of the original factory accessories, books, tools and manuals are with the car. Every aspect of the car has been inspected and tested and the car has been given a 200 mile road test within the last month with flawless performance.

The car has new brakes, tires and has been fully detailed by the professionals here at Blackhorse.

While there are many low mile examples on the market, few if any have been as fastidiously maintained as this one. Don’t miss out on one of the best driving and performing later model Bentleys available today.

1960 Chrysler 300 FPrice:$59,900Mileage:86,050Engine:V8Transmission:AutomaticExterior:BlackInterior:8403147866
Additional Info

The 300F introduced a new, higher power 413 cu in (6.8 L) 'wedge' engine delivering 375 HP from the factory. A new, and completely unique “Cross Ram” manifold was used, placing the carbs on each side of the engine. The design was to have a “supercharging” effect in the heart of the RPM range. The 300F's fins grew to even wilder proportions in 1960, starting at the front of the door and ending with V-shaped taillights and a "bird-bath" faux spare on the trunk. Never common, Chrysler 300 letter cars have a dedicated following, once you get behind the wheel you can drive this "business man's express" with confidence, knowing that there isn't another Jet Age American car on the road that can keep up.

One of only 964 built, this car came from the factory in black with tan interior and remains in largely correct original condition. This 300 spent the bulk of its life in the Pacific Northwest where it was not exposed to snow and other corrosive elements. As a result, it is a phenomenally straight and well-maintained car. It is powered by its original 413 cross ram induction engine and torqueflite three speed pushbutton transmission. All the sheet metal is original to the car and there is no signs of rust repair or accident repair anywhere on them. The paint is very nice but thin in spots as some of it is believed to be original. Likewise, the interior is carefully treated and preserved and has the appearance one would expect of an interior that was restored. All the gauges and instrumentation work. The steering wheel is beautiful, and the car runs and drives great. This 300F has its original owner’s manual and has known history since the late 1980's. It is one of 290 currently in the Chrysler registry. It is argued that the 300F is the most handsome and desirable of all of Chrysler 300 series automobiles. Indeed, this one is a true representative of care-of-ownership, styling and performance.

The Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith II was styled by John Blatchley. Between 1975 and 1980, just 2,135 examples were produced. The cars came equipped with rack-and-pinion power steering, automatic transmission, advanced air conditioning, and more.

Rolls-Royce considered offering a more exclusive, long-wheelbase Phantom VII model based on the Silver Shadow, but production was not pursued and no prototypes were built. Instead, a long-wheelbase variant, some 4 inches longer to provide additional rear seat legroom, was offered.

Initially, the long-wheelbase model did not have a separate name, but in 1976, with the introduction of the Silver Shadow II, the longer car was dubbed the Silver Wraith II.

The Wraith II is identified by all alterations found on the Silver Shadow II and additionally an Everflex-covered roof (also available as an option on the Silver Shadow II), a smaller, more formal rear window and different wheel covers.

Only 2,135 were built representing a tiny fraction of the number of Shadows built.

Equipped with its original 6.75 liter V-8 engine, this Wraith II is in near showroom condition. It has been fastidiously maintained by ownership and all mechanical and cosmetic aspects have been carefully attended to.

The paint is several years old and looks nearly perfect. The trim and brightwork is in excellent condition. The interior is perfect with sumptuous leather and wood throughout.

The car has a couple of tasteful upgrades including a Nardi performance wood steering wheel and a modern touch screen radio with phone interface.

Mechanically, this Rolls is fit as a fiddle with full records and maintenance by current ownership.

1984 saw the launch of a replacement for the successful SC series, and a revival of the Carrera name. The new more powerful 3.2 liter alloy engine gave the 911 a more usable torque-curve, and with the upgrade to Getrag's G-50 transaxle starting in 1987, the 911 was as fully developed as ever. The 3.2 Carrera was the last iteration of the original 911 series, and many Porsche enthusiasts consider these the best driving 911s of all.

This lovely and well maintained 911 Carrera Cabriolet is a numbers matching car with original engine and G-50 transmission. It is an exceptionally well sorted car and has been driven by the staff here at Black Horse over 300 miles in the last 30 days in a variety of conditions. It has lots of factory goodies including cruise control, power windows and upgraded sound system with USB port for charging of wireless devices. With the car comes a file of receipts showing major recent service. The engine is tight as a drum and the car exhibits all of the characteristics one would expect from a wonderfully maintained and reliable air cooled 911.

Overall the car presents beautifully with nearly perfect paint and beautiful interior. The only serious blemish is a small crack at the center of the dash pad. The odometer shows over 116,000 miles and the condition of the car clearly indicates that these miles were pampered and with full attention to service intervals. A full file of service receipts accompanies the car. This Porsche has all of its original ownership books and tools as well as jack and spare.

To increase reliability, the later model 914s were graced with a side shifter to shorten up the linkage to ensure that components lasted longer. 1961 Ford Galaxie Sedan
"Black & White"
Price:$1,000,000Mileage:93,595Engine:6cylTransmission:ManualExterior:Black/WhiteInterior:1N52VJ44182
Additional Info

The term 'Black and White' when used relating to a classic car often refers to a car that was owned by a police or fire department and used by the chief, sheriff or marshal. They were well maintained and lightly used cars that typically did not have the performance or safety equipment that the regular patrol cars did.

While the history of this 1961 Ford Galaxie Sedan is unknown, it presents as an original black and white from the era that is very clean and well cared for. It is equipped with a factory 223 cubic inch inline six-cylinder engine coupled to its original three speed column shifted manual transmission. It came from the factory very spartan with respect to options and accessories. It has a bench seat, AM radio and has no power options. The car is equipped with manual steering and brakes, both of which have been inspected and work very well.

The car has no rust and no rust repair. It has relatively low miles showing under 94,000 from new with nearly 60 years of history and enjoyment. That equates to well under 2000 miles per year. The door and panel fit is excellent, the sheet metal is perfect with no bondo or welds ever. The paint is very shiny but contains lots of imperfections mostly due to prep issues. It is difficult to see in the pictures. The chrome is good original with only minor pitting. The bumpers have some minor scrapes but look good and are straight. The interior was redone to a very nice standard at some point using incorrect vinyl. It looks great and is very comfortable. The undercarriage is clean with no rust of any sort. I have loads of pictures we can send you upon request.

1986 Jaguar XJSPrice:$1,000,000Mileage:27,078Engine:V12- 5.3L SOHCTransmission:AutomaticExterior:RedInterior:SAJNV5846GC131617
Additional Info

Conceived as a comfortable and long-legged Grand Tourer, rather than an out-and-out sports car like Jaguar's preceding E-Type, the XJ-S made use of the company's XJ6/XJ12 saloon platform and running gear. Shorter in the wheelbase than its saloon siblings, the XJ-S debuted at the 1976 Frankfurt Motor Show as a V12-powered coupé, with six-cylinder and soft-top versions following in the 1980s, the expected ban on open cars having failed to materialize. One of the most important developments in the evolution of the V12-powered XJ-S was the introduction of the HE (High Efficiency) engine in 1981. Incorporating a new design of cylinder head, this more fuel-efficient unit enabled the top-of-the-range XJ-S to meet tighter worldwide emissions legislation. The XJ-S would go on to become Jaguar's best-selling sports car ever, well in excess of 115,000 being made up to the time production ceased in April 1996. The XJ-S had competitive success too in touring car racing, notably with Tom Walkinshaw and his TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing) company in the early 1980s.

This XJ-S with V12 engine was manufactured April, 1986 and has been lovingly maintained as original from new. Subsequently in long term ownership, the speedometer currently reads 27,500 miles with good service history. This XJ-S has its original books, tools and jack setup. It is virtually showroom condition with the exception of the Upgraded BBS rims shod in performance Michelin tires. The original alloy wheels are with the car and are included in the sale. The XJ-S superseded the famous Jag E-Type and, although it never had quite the same sporting image, the XJ-S was a competent grand touring car. Original Sebring Red exterior paint, accented by BBS aluminum alloys (new factory alloy wheels still in the box also go with the car) and the Biscuit Tan leather interior (also original) are in very good condition. It is equipped with power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes and other convenience features including: A/C, cruise, power tinted windows, telescopic wheel and AM/FM/Cassette sound system. It is powered by Jaguar's 5.3L alloy SOHC V-12, a mainstay in Jaguar line-up for over two decades. The XJ-S high-output version, the 5.3HE, is fitted with an advanced Lucas Digital-P fuel injection system and the 'May-Fireball' high compression heads. This 291hp motor is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission and factory differential. Michelin '50 Series” radials are virtually new. If you have ever wanted an affordable original Jag, come inspect this XJ-S.

The first Aston Martin produced by the company under full Ford ownership was the DB7 in 1993. The DB7 was initially available as a coupe and was intended to be a more achievable model in comparison to the hand-built Virage. Achievable is relative, of course, as the DB7 coupe cost $140,000. Still, Ford’s mass market aspirations were realized as approximately 7,000 DB7s were built from 1993 to 2004, making it the most prolific model Aston ever made. In fact, Aston acquired a factory in Bloxham, Oxfordshire, in order to handle demand. This car was worth the investment!

This 2002 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage is finished in Aston Martin Racing Green with tan leather interior and green piping set off by a dark green top. There is no evidence of chipped or scratched paint and the leather is flawless. This DB7 has 20,261 miles and is well-optioned with walnut veneer interior trim, premium audio system, heated seats, Aston Martin umbrella, windscreen, floor mats and gold brake calipers – everything is original and in good condition. The power behind this DB7 comes from a 5.9-liter, 48-valve, V12 engine, generating 420hp and 400 ft/lbs of torque, mated to the optional Touchtronic 5-speed automatic transmission.

Even though the car has not been out of production for long, it has a very strong following. Its great looks, ample power and Aston Martin pedigree combine to make it an appealing choice for any collector. If you are looking for great styling, heritage and incredible performance, then this is the car for you!

Vehicle Highlights:

  • “Last American Convertible”
  • 8.2 Liter V8 Engine
  • TH425 Transmission

Cadillac had long established itself as one of the world’s finest automobiles. Joining the Cadillac Club in the 70’s was an expression of wealth and achievement. The 1976 Cadillac Eldorado is best known as “the Last American Convertible,” seeing that many believed there would never be another American Convertible built. Because of this, these ’76 convertibles were considered a collector’s item instantly, and prices for the vehicle nearly tripled its suggested retail price of just over $11,000. Only a few styling changes were made from the ’75 to the ’76 Eldorado. The '75 cars featured a Cadillac crest in the center of each light, while the '76 models are unadorned. Also, the Cadillac script on the front of the hood was incorporated into the grille header in 1975, and was a separate part for 1976, mounted above the grille header on the painted portion of the hood. One of the only things that substantially sets the two models apart was the four-wheel disc brakes on the ’76 model.

Our Eldorado dons a gorgeous Firethorn Metallica paint, and has been kept in excellent condition throughout the years. All the chrome and stainless steel on the car has been fully restored, and new white wall tires and wire wheels have been added. The interior has also been completely restored in a buckskin tan color.

Ford’s legendary F-Series began in January of 1948, with eight levels of trucks: F-1 for half-ton pickup, F-2 for three-quarter to, up to the F-7 and F-8 heavy duty trucks. In 1952, the last year of the Bonus-Built series, Ford introduced an overhead-valve 215-cid six-cylinder engine, rated at 101 horsepower. The Flathead Ford V8, still at 239-cid, got a bump in compression ratio, increasing output to 106 horsepower. Hood trim was revamped, and front grille color was changed from silver to white. 1952 was the last year of this body style before Ford Motor Company celebrated its 50th anniversary in 1953 and completely restyled the truck with an expanded cab, new grille and larger cargo bed.

This truck sports the larger Flathead V8 and has been tastefully restored, donning a sharp excellent Petty blue paint job with yellow wheels to perfectly match. It also includes a brand-new interior, door panels and headliner that make for a comfortable ride. It has been lowered to the perfect height to give it a true hot-rod stance. This truck is a real head-turner!

Every so often a car manufacturer builds a car so out of its normal range that the whole automotive world stops to stare at it. Such was the case with the Acura NSX. Acura broke the mold by creating a mid-engine sports car that could compete with the Porsche 911, Chevrolet Corvette and Ferrari 348’s of its era. The Acura NSX is a two-passenger, transverse-mounted mid-engine sports car introduced by Honda in 1991. Powered by a 3.0-liter C30A V6 equipped with Honda’s VTEC valve timing and lift control system, the first NSX for sale produced 270 horsepower and 210 pound feet of torque. The NSX was the first production car to use an all-aluminum semi-monocoque unit body, reducing the curb weight to just 3,010 pounds to improve performance and deliver its superb handling. History on the 1990 Ferrari 348 TS Targa

Vehicle Highlights:

  • 11,200 Miles
  • Impeccable Service Records
  • Flawless Cosmetic Condition
  • Interior Color: Tan

Ferrari introduced the 348 in 1989 as a long-awaited successor to the 308/328 series, which has been in production since 1976. A dramatic departure from its predecessor, the 348 took styling cues from the Testarossa, with its side-mounted radiators and strakes, while also having a longitudinally mounted engine with a transverse gearbox. This mid-engine arrangement mimicked the layout of Ferrari’s F1 cars of that time which also happened to be one of the most winningest teams of that era as well. The 3.4-liter four-cam V-8 made 300hp and propelled the car to 60mph in 5.6 seconds on the way to a top speed of 171mph.

This Ferrari 348 has been meticulously maintained since it left the dealership back in 1990, and since then has only put 11,200 miles on the odometer. The air conditioning in the car blows cool air even on the hottest of days. The vent on the hood of the car was replaced in 2014 as well, and the entire front black lip was resprayed and the engine cover insulation was replaced as well. Accompanying the car is a full leather Ferrari toolset original with the car, as well as an original Ferrari owner’s manual, and service manual.

History on the 2007 Ferrari 599 GTB

Vehicle Highlights

  • Black on black with Daytona powered seats
  • Flawless condition
  • Only 9,649 miles
  • Recent major service in August of 2016
  • Ferrari installed back-up camera
  • Interior Color: Black

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano replaced the 575M Maranello and was styled by Pininfarina under the leadership of Ferrari’s Frank Stephenson and received its name for its total engine displacement (5999cc). The 599 GTB is powered by a V12 engine that produces a maximum 612hp.

This particular Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano has exceptional balance between speed, style and heritage. When you walk up to the vehicle your heart starts to pump. As you open the door you can hear the F1 Pump anticipate the V12 engine roaring to life. As you pull out the red Ferrari key from your pocket and you put it into the ignition and turn it, you can hear the individual clicks. Your gaze gets immediately drawn to the beautiful gauge cluster as it lights up and you stare at the yellow Ferrari tachometer. As your vision shifts down to the steering wheel you notice the beautiful craftsmanship of the mounted paddle shifters to the steering column. A bright Ferrari red engine start button catches your eye. Pushing the red button brings the behemoth to life. It roars and crackles and the RPM needle is slightly under 2,000.

We welcome pre-purchase inspections and any questions you may have.
