Chris Clark

Master Mechanic, Restoration & Coach Work Specialist

Born in Maine, Chris's automobile experience started very young with his father who owned a collector car restoration business. He helped his father in the shop as much as he could. He never realized the knowledge and wisdom that he had bestowed to him until now. In high school he took an auto body course at vocational school and was the best in his class. Which led to his first job at a leading body shop near his home. He worked closely with some of the best in the business and learned everything he could about the auto collision industry.

After working there for nearly 11 years he decided he needed more of a challenge so he found employment working on high-line collector automobiles. Although it required he and his wife relocating to Florida, it was something he felt very strongly about. Working with Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche cars to name a few, Chris also developed a great love for working on vintage automobiles. Three short years later the couple found out they were expecting twins. With nearly all of there relatives living in Maine, and the fact that they missed the change of seasons, kayaking, and skiing, it was decided they would move back to New England. After talking to several collector car restoration facilities, Chris felt none could compare to Black Horse Garage. After joining our company, Chris quickly demonstrated his excellent skills and began handling a wide range of restoration and repair projects. He is a true craftsmen and a wonderful addition to Black Horse Garage.
